Are YOU Vanessa Fox disguised in a Simpson Character?

Oh also, I have a question. Could you point me to some coding help page about the attribute she talked about (page changes every x or page last modified x)

They are the various optional nodes for the XML sitemap

the full structure is;
Code:

        </url>


and the protocol spec can be found at http://www.sitemaps.org/protocol.php
