why not make your own, making a template for joomla is just like creating any normal site, when you design a site using photoshop then export it to dreamweaver.
I have never used a joomla template i always make my own sites in photoshop and then just add the code tags where i want the content to appear in dreamweaver.
You can get a joomla extension for dreamweaver for free that will simply add all the right code to your template. |

That is right, there are just a few special Joomla tags that need to be included into the template, otherwise any template will do.
Otherwise there are lots of templates here: http://www.joomlaos.de/joomla_template_galerie.html
Maybe for start it is easier to take a free template and make a few modifications, this is what I do most of the time.
